Breakfast at the Bates Motel: along with the typical fish, cold cuts, boiled eggs, undercooked bacon and sausage, they also served Breaded Chicken Cutlet, mashed potatoes, broccoli & cauliflower. Eureka! Linda didn't care a whit that it was dinner food, she filled her plate and went back for seconds.

Stopped in Polostk for a buffet lunch with delicately sculpted baked items, cold cuts and other odd appetizers with squiggly red and white swirls

Quite a spread!

Dinner at our Vilnius hotel

Dinner-
Authentic Lithuanian dinner at the Stikliai Alude Tavern in the old city. Our group took up the entire cellar, restored to look like a medieval beer hall.

Cepelinai are big, Zeppelin-formed dumplings made from potatoes stuffed with meat. Often it's a meal in itself.

Roasted pork in a mustard sauce with potatoes and veggies

Can't remember what this was but it must have been good
