5/19 Enroute to Stockholm
-Lunch break at
Lake Vattern
-In Stockholm, we
had a very nice dinner a few blocks from our hotel at the Nova Vista Italian
Ristorante.

shrimp, garlic, chili, white wine and tomato sauce)

(garlic, spinach,

-5/20 Cruising to
Helsinki
-For dinner onboard
the ship, Jerry and Ron had the Swedish meatballs with mashed potatoes. Linda
and Diane had the Chicken Schnitzel and fries. The cutlet was served with a
ghastly piece of pickled herring draped over it. Horrors! We carefully removed
the thing with surgeon-like precision so it touched as little else as possible
and gave them to Ron to try. Gag!
-Later for dessert,
we had sugared donuts. Don’t ask, they just looked tempting.
